"Goodwill and warm curiosity toward our feelings will put us in greater touch with the full experience of each moment of our lives."

The Mindful Way through Depression
I am a licensed therapist in practice since 1995, offering therapy and support to adult and older adult individuals. My approach is collaborative, and based upon psychodynamic principles that focus on linking formative past experiences with the present, by attending to thoughts and feelings as they emerge within a secure therapeutic relationship.
I work with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, painful losses, relationship challenges, medical problems, caregiver stress and grieving the end of life. Together we strategize to help you to better manage immediate concerns, while exploring enduring patterns that may limit your capacity to enjoy satisfying relationships and a meaningful engagement in life.
I am an independent practitioner.
