Carolyn is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with the State of Washington and has a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University. Carolyn has provided counseling services in a community mental health agency, and/or in private practice since 1990.
She has experience providing therapy to adults, children, adolescents, and their families as they seek to overcome a variety of difficulties in their lives.
Carolyn approaches therapy from a systemic perspective, which views individuals in the context of their family system and other larger life systems. Her training and education in family therapy helps her to understand how your own family has molded or can mold your view and expectations for future relationships.
