About my training
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Washington state. I earned my masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Kentucky in 2014. My PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy was completed in 2019 from University of Georgia.
About my practice
I practice an integrative model of narrative and experiential family therapies and am trained to consider your whole system- you as an individual, couple family, and within your larger context - when providing therapy services. I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy for PTSD and continue to pursue best practices in treating trauma systemically. I am also involved in ongoing research about secondary trauma in helping professionals.
